The Tideswell at UCSF, AGS, and ADGAP Emerging Leaders in Aging Scholar Program 2017-2018 is designed for advanced junior or mid-career health professionals with a clear commitment to the field of aging and a leadership role in a clinical, research, education or policy program focused on advancing the care of older adults. It is for those seeking to transform the field and lead the next generation of health professionals. We welcome applications from health professionals including, but not limited to physicians, nurses, pharmacists, psychologists, social workers, physical and occupational therapists, and non-clinicians with evidence of training or experience in aging. An academic affiliation is not required.
The program, designed to enhance and leverage existing leadership skills, consists of activities from September to May, with the anticipation that the community of scholars will remain meaningful colleagues throughout their careers.
